Minnesota lawmakers proposed a bill that could restrict many classic, collector, street rod, military, and vintage-plated vehicles to daylight driving on weekends. Under the proposal, most weekday use would be limited to car shows, parades, exhibitions, and maintenance related trips. Critics argue the bill goes too far, limiting the freedom of enthusiasts to drive, preserve, and celebrate historic vehicles while pushing America one step closer to a driverless future.
